IMPENDING WAR (6) wasn't beaten far in an Open at Flemington before the spell, and then could have had more luck narrowly beaten at Werribee first-up as a $2.6F. He's in a top metro barn and is proven second-up. Gets in well with the 7lbs claim and has the class to take this out. LARIO (11) resumes and has jumped out well. He goes well fresh and has metro form over this trip that stacks right up. Races forward and rates the threat. HOLA AMIGOS (5) posted a decent figure at Pakenham over this distance and then may not have appreciated racing on the tighter track at The Heath. Peaks now and can't be ruled out. UNDERSTUDY (9) was last sighted getting the job done over 1 ¹/16m at Geelong. This looks a good kickoff point for him and the three jumpouts in readiness should have him forward enough to take a strong account.
