CAVERN (5) can bounce back. The first up run as favourite at Sale was solid over 6f before coming back to this trip at Seymour on soft ground which he doesn't seem to handle. Becoming a bit frustrating but synthetic should suit. LAKE FOREST (1) resumes, formerly with the Freedman yard. His best form reads very well for this, watch the betting with the new yard. MAYA'S ACE (12) has come back well, just finding one better last start at Sale after getting too far back. She's got upside and will take holding out. MEET ME HALFWAY (10) resumes having gone to the paddock a maiden winner. Expecting a strong run fresh. MAFEE (6) has been good without winning this time in and is a two-time winner on synthetic which helps.
