Siding with THE STORYTELLER (3) who made huge improvement second up getting to his right trip, just going down by a neck here over 1 ?/16m having kicked off at a mile. He doesn't win out of turn but this does look very gettable and if he improves at all off that he'll go close. THE VOCALIST (5) hasn't been seen since bolting in with his maiden in January, since given a hurdle trial. No doubt he's Bool-bound but he's got the flat ability to win this. MADAME LEXIS (8) struggled here last time but had been coming along okay prior and can improve. HOLLANDIA (7) hasn't won in a long time but could place again, also respecting QUITE THE LASS (9) off a smart win at Bairnsdale.
