Tough with many off the chances drawn out. TAUTO BAR (11) is a three starts maiden who gave a sight on heavy ground last time and finished runner-up at Wodonga. has the pace to cross early and expected to take catching again. THE COMEDIAN (4) turned in a nice debut when raced on pace at Sale and boxed on well for fifth. Has upside but a very wide draw to overcome. DIAMOND MILA (2) has ability and drawn for a good run. LOST THE PLOT (6) made a nice return here last time and expected to run well.

Claiming Race

A race in which horses are entered for a certain price, or claiming tag, which is also their sales price. An owner can claim any horse entered for the tag before the race begins, and owns them as soon as the gates open.
