Verdict

Tricky. KADESH (12) is a leader who was beaten a whisker at Mornington on debut when heavily backed. Folded up badly at Wangaratta, the one following (vet cleared). He's been freshened and has won a Pakenham jumpout in the interim. Will jump and run from the low barrier and deserves another chance. COSMIC GRACE (14) looked smart at the jumpouts and wasn't beaten far at Werribee on debut. Fitter now and Meech is likely to push forward. LITTLE THEODORE (3) resumes after surgery with two placed jumpouts under the saddle. May need one, but he has ability. REDCLOUD (7) has trialled well ahead of the return and could be a big improver this time in.
