THOUGHTFUL (4) doesn't win out of turn but ran a strong race last time out over 1m at Murtoa, finishing second beaten just 1.5 lengths. Has been more consistent than most others in this race of late and gets the chance to break through. BRUZANI (1) made significant late ground last start to get up for third over 7 ¾f at Mt Gambier. Has a win and two placings at this journey from five starts. Will be hard to hold out again. ON THE MAP (8) gets a change of rider and has been freshened up since finishing 13th over 7 ½f at Morphettville last start. Can feature prominently.
