Verdict

SEETHRU (10) is off a let up for this but looks well placed. His past two runs read well for this, beaten a nose two back at Sandown Hillside before starting $3.40 behind Zambardo over 1 ?m, finishing second. That horse has since run 2nd to Via Sistina. Seethru finds a winnable race here and can break through. FIASCO TESS (1) was okay fresh at Pakenham over 6f with the big weight. The ground was heavy that night and she should be much fitter for the rise in trip. Her best is good enough. LEG DRIVE (3) is coming off a narrow win over this route last time out in BM62 grade. Bit more depth here but he maps ideally and can win again. FIGLIO D'ARGENTO (4) ran well fresh in better grade and is much better suited at this trip. He'll need a good ride from the draw but can win. SMOKE 'N' OAKUM (11) is third up off a dominant win last time, respecting.
