AHHA AHHA (5) spiked her figures winning at Cranbourne and then didn't manage a wide gate there following. Jumps from the rails barrier today and Jamie Melham stays aboard. Well-placed to return to winning form. MERRIGOLD (1) was quickly back on track, beaten 1.5L in a rich Quality at Pakenham. Maps for the run of the race and the 7lbs claim brings her right into contention. DAVIDA (11) came off Stakes grade to lead and win a 70 comfortably at Cranbourne. She's on a quick back-up and will carry just 115lbs with Radley's 7lbs claim. Must be pleasing and will give a big sight. BETWITCHERY (8) resumed in a 66 at Sandown-Lakeside, beaten 2.2L. Has a wide gate but presents fitter and has pierces of form that would see her in the finish. ILLYIVY (4) has a low draw and 4lbs claim and is proven second-up. Has more to give and will get every chance.
