SOMERSAULT (8) hasn't raced since finishing 2.25 lengths back in fourth over 7f at Sandown on Jan 8. Placed in three runs at around this trip the three starts prior and has been trialling up well ahead of this. TAGAMATE (6) is close to breaking through after finishing third last start over 6f at Sandown. Ideally placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. BRADFORD (2) resumes, having finished sixth over 6f at Pakenham at the latest appearance on February 5. Fitter for two trials, placing most recently. Shapes as one to consider. CALEXPO (3) is a gelding by Mehmas who cost GNS 270,000 in the UK as a yearling. Spotting maturing to his Sth Hemisphere rivals, so might have more upside than a few of these and be better later but looks to have talent. BJORSON (1) is a local who's been trialling well and gets the all-important inside alley.
