KARREN (10) resumes. She was a $21 chance on debut at Sandown Lakeside but proved too good and the form has worked out a treat. She beat Sass Appeal there who is since a G2 winner and this looks a very winnable race first up off a solid trial. MOONRAKER (3) has just found one better at her past three starts, working home well behind in form mares at her past couple at Warrnambool. It'll be much firmer ground here but he should be right there again. BINE (5) doesn't win out of turn but put in a good effort when last seen to grab second at Bendigo. She's got the ability to be be figuring here. FARAWAY DREAM (7) didn't appear to handle the synthetic last time but was close up in town prior and can bounce back strongly.
