Verdict

Looks a nice race for POKER (4) second up. He's a lightly raced colt who ran a solid race first up at Flemington against good 3yo opposition. He's got plenty of upside coming back in grade for this and should be very hard to run down around a bend. Wary of YUKI (5) who won convincingly on debut at Ballarat when kept safe in betting, coming away to score by 1.5 lengths. Plenty more to come from this Frosted gelding and he can win again. DYNAMITE DANCER (6) was beaten first up at Ballarat Synthetic but was well backed there and tried hard up on speed with improvement to come. He profiles nicely and should take beating with added fitness. UPOLU (8) broke through for a handy maiden win over Blue Shield last start and that form should hold up fairly well, respecting.
