Verdict

Good betting race and SASS APPEAL (8) will divide a few punters. She got away with one here first up when leading at a ridiculously slow tempo then saw soft ground for the first time and had to chase a leader and, compared to her $2.15 SP, was a bit underwhelming. Happy to back that support in here, back to Flemington on fast ground and with the added fitness. CAFE MILLENIUM (1) got back and did little in the same race first up at Caulfield but nothing made ground there. His Flemington 7f form is outstanding, Zahra goes on and he'll be charging home. FANCIFY (7) won the key form lead in, ridden to her strengths there by Jamie Melham who led and ran along. Much shorter this time but her best win did come over this route. She can give a sight again. JUST PARTY (10) won the Goulburn Cup fresh and can measure up from the consistent RUN HARRY RUN (4) who is an each-way hope.
