Verdict

Very tricky. EPIC CENTRE (2) resumes. We haven't seen him at his best for a while since being a handy horse earlier in his career but he looked very impressive winning a recent Bendigo trial by 6.5 lengths and if that's anything to go by he should be ready to run a good race. LONSTAR (4) is a lightly raced gelding for the Freedman yard who wasn't beaten far in a stronger race at Geelong last time out. Just found one better over this trip prior and rates highly. ASTARI (3) struggled last time at Pakenham Synthetic but had been good this grade prior, heavy track a query but respecting. WIND DREAMER (7) can give a sight.
