SKYDREAM (9) put in an encouraging effort first up at Bendigo when firmly in the market, tracking the speed and driving hard but just coming up short by a neck. She'll come on from that and this does look slightly easier. Rates as the one to beat. APACHE SUNRISE (5) has has plenty of chances with 7 minor placings from 12 starts but continues to race well. Barrier one suits, she can land in a handy spot and try to sprint late. PATCHSON (3) has finished fourth in both runs to date, not far away behind a handy one at Seymour last time having battled well in town on debut. Can improve again and take beating. ANNATORIA (12) was solid on debut at Bendigo behind Skydream and that has to be respected.
