TRIPLE SALUTE (2) resumes with a bit of upside, formerly with the Waterhouse & Bott yard, now Logan McGill. He got the job done on debut at Terang narrowly before being tested in a good 3yo race in town before the switch. This looks a very winnable race for him if he's wound up. GIVE SOME LIP (14) ran a good race first up at Ararat behind an in-form horse, albeit in BM52 company, to grab second beaten under a length. Imagine he comes on from that and goes close here. BAMA SLAMA (6) is racing consistently without winning and won't need to improve much on a solid fourth at Donald last time to be winning. JESSUP (7) hasn't won in a while but is up to this at his best and did run well in tougher last time at Kilmore, respecting. ZAMPARINI SPIRIT (4) got the job done last start at Werribee and is in the mix off that.
