EXTREME VIRTUE (13) has been consistent while also a touch frustrating this preparation, beaten a combined 4 lengths in three runs. She tried hard after crossing from a wide gate at Sandown Hillside last time and the senior jockey going on may be the key. Gets one more chance. TRIAL BY PRESS (15) won two in a row prior to an even effort at Sandown Hillside last time. Did beat Extreme Virtue two back and should get a soft trail from an inside gate. KAHHOF (5) has been racing well against better opposition of late, trying hard in a driving finish behind Cafe Millenium at Flemington last time out. This is easier and he draws ideally. Rates well. CHAKADO (7) won two in a row at Cranbourne to start the campaign before measuring up well in this grade last time. Can give a bold sight here. AMBASSADORIAL (9) is off a let-up but has the ability to figure.
