IMPENDING LINK (12) gets his chance in a winnable race. He's just found one better at his past couple of starts and whilst no match for the winner last time, that form looks strong for this. Rates well here and can break through. HARALDUS (11) hasn't fired in two runs this time in although was a bit better second up and now draws to sit much closer after two wide barriers to contend with. Can track the speed and improve sharply. VAIL MOUNTAIN (15) is racing consistently without winning, just finding an in-form horse narrowly too strong after running on well last time out. Draws to sit closer this time and should be right there. BLAZING HARRY (2) hasn't figured in two runs in New South Wales this time in but drops in grade for this and could improve sharply. PREVAILED (9) struggled last time but had been racing well prior and could bounce back.
