Verdict

RESOLUTELY (11) brings the best form. She was good first up over this trip at Flemington before just being pipped on the post at Caulfield by Doubt Time who looks a nice horse. Williams sticks and this circuit should suit her on-speed pattern. Takes catching. She beat home GHANA'S AKAN (6) at Caulfield fairly comfortably. Ghana's Akan was first up there and raced wide but that's no disadvantage at Caulfield. She does meet Resolutely a bit better at the weights and 6f should suit better. SAINTLY DANCER (12) ran well on debut at Geelong when firmly in the market, missing a nose after showing speed. She'll come on from that and take beating. STIPULATION (14) is a filly by Frankel on debut for the Maher yard who has won a jumpout leading in, watch the betting. FIERY FUN (5) is a Rubick filly for the Freedman yard who warrants respect.

Was well-supported at debut, sat on speed throughout when 2nd of 9 at Geelong on July 31 over 5 ½f, slow going nose behind Shah Jahan carrying 120lbs at $2.80. Shows ability and expected to improve. Will derive great benefit from that experience and looks a great chance to break through.
