Verdict

KOMITO (12) goes on top. He's a lightly raced colt who resumed with a good run at Bendigo over 7 ½f, getting too far back there but hitting the line strongly for fourth. He gets in very light for Jabez Johnstone who will claim down to 116lbs and the good draw and 1 ?m can see him settle closer. NATURAL RULER (4) was a good winner over Rockette two back who franked the form strongly, racing wide last time at Caulfield Heath when fading. He can bounce back. BLUE WILLOW (14) is racing consistently without winning and should be right there again with Williams taking over. IMPONDERABLE (15) has placed in her past three and should be up on speed here with the lightweight. GIGGENBACH (9) is off a let-up but has the peaks to challenge.
