Verdict

Loved the return of MARBLE ARCH (2) at Flemington, getting back to last but really running on strongly for third behind Big Swinger and King Zephyr which should stack up nicely. Her best is very good, albeit she'll need to be to win from the wide gate around here. GREEN FLY (3) is in great form, off a let up here having just missed in the Muswellbrook Cup latest. Two wins prior over 7f were good and he should get the sting out which suits. BRAVE ONE (5) finished last on resumption but it was in G3 company and he was only 3.5 lengths away. He's always promised a bit and gets his chance drawn the inside. JIMMY THE BEAR (1) resumes for another campaign, no doubt aiming at the Winter Championships. 7f with the 7lbs claimer on probably isn't his go but he's a big price for exotics. GIVE ME SPACE (9) was just fair last time but could be an improver with Williams taking over.
