Verdict

Very competitive edition of the G3 Quezette Stakes. NATURAL FLING (5) resumes. She impressed to the eye and on the clock on debut here with a dominant win before heading up to Queensland and beating all bar The Next Episode which looks very strong form for the Spring. She's jumped out very nicely and may just be too speedy with Lane on. Have to respect the NZ filly LARA ANTIPOVA (1) who is unbeaten in four starts, last seen winning the G1 Sistema Stakes. Has to give them all weight as a result but has earnt it. RIVERINA LULU (10) was a big spruik off some very good jumpout form on debut and beat a good field including Hard Kick. Time was solid there and she should take another step forward. SHIKI (2) resumes. She tapered off towards the end of last campaign but had been a good early 2yo and Zahra on for Waterhouse/Bott is worth including. SCINTILLATION (8) was a nice winner fresh at Randwick and can improve from a good gate.
