OYSTER LANE (7) has proven a costly conveyance, still winless after 13 starts, having started a short-priced favourite in a number of them. Be that as it may, he's run well in tougher races than what most of his rivals here have been contesting and only needs to hold his form to be fighting out the finish. Last chance. BLUE TYPHOON (11) is on the back-up after smashing the line last weekend at her hometown carnival and while that was probably a target race, and she is back ½f in trip here, she's racing too consistently to dismiss. KOYUGA RIP (5) comes through the same race as Oyster Lane and while that galloper beat him home by 1.5 lengths, Koyuga Rip was only first-up that day so there should be improvement to come. TSAVO (17) is racing consistently in good company this prep and draws to get his chance.
