DENY ENTRY (4) looks well placed. He's a lightly raced 4yo who won well two back at Geelong before chasing home some handy ones in town last time out. Suited to 1 ¼m now and finds a nice race if he can get across from out wide. AHAB (2) is flying of late, winning narrowly two back at Seymour before just missing last time. Turns around quickly and will be tough to get by again. MELEK (8) was solid first up off a long break at Sandown Hillside behind a smart one. The pace was strong there and he'd looked good winning on debut. Should improve. BELLONADO (1) is going well and has each-way claims despite a wide gate.
