Verdict

A couple of seventh placings at the two runs this time in doesn't look fabulous for MISS BARILOCHE (7) but they were both in BM64 grade and she was beaten just a tick over two lengths in the latest, which was also over 1m. Just needs to overcome that tricky wide draw. SEVILLANA (10) is another who has done recent racing in BM64 and while she probably doesn't have the improvement to come of Miss Bariloche, she is drawn a touch better. THEOPHILUS (6) should be ready to sire third-up, especially stepping up to 1m, but also had a wide gate to contend with. NEW YORK SCANDAL (4) gets her chance from the plum draw and has the ability to take up a forward position, which can be an advantage at this track. CORTAIN (12) is dropping back in trip but all three wins have been over 1m.
