She has a good record on this course, and with her confidence returned, she can repeat the dose. ROYAL VALOUR (5) has been thereabouts over longer trips recently, and his 7 weeks between runs would have done him no harm. He maps to settle just off the pace, and he would not be a shock winner here. LOMBARDI (2) will be resuming from over a year off the scene, and he was runner-up at a recent Ashburton trial. He has shown real talent in the past, and his fresh-up record is strong. Let the market be the best guide. HE'S TUNZA GRUNT (6) just peaked on his run late at Oamaru 6 days ago, and he will be spot on for this with the quick turnaround. Each way value.
