Hard to knock that sort of reliability and should go well again. MEGA ACE (10) bounced back last start and landed the prize by one length after being prominent at the bend over 5f at this track. Suitably placed so anticipating another big run. IRISH GOODBYE (8) was an emphatic winner last time over 7f at this track with today's rider S Uzair engaged. Has good early speed so should take up a forward position. Capable of testing this field. TE AKAU BEN (4) resumes from a spell of 11 months and is having his first outing under new trainer F H Maynard. Finished fourth at this track over 5 ½f at the opening run last time in work. Must be respected.
