THE WARDEN (6) is a 16-start maiden who almost broke the ice last time out when a close second over 7 ½f at this track after being in contention on the turn. Well placed, and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. THE WILD CHIEF (11) was a winner last time over 7 ½f at this track and reunites with Rizuan Shafiq, who steered on that occasion. Big weight drop, so he is among the leading chances again. SCHNEIDER (5) turned in a decent effort last start to finish third over 6 ?f at this track. Worth noting M Akmazani goes aboard. Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race. RUN BUDDY RUN (9) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 7f at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Best figures measure up. Sure to run well at some each-way value.
