ROCKY PEGASUS (2) was last at the races when he won over 7f at Perak on November 16. At his best over this trip and from the inside gate looks the one to beat. RED SUN (6) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but failed to live up to market expectations last time when out of the placings at this track over the same trip after he had travelled in a rearwards position. Has to be given another chance. EASTERN BARRACKS (8) finished second last time over 6f at this track, beaten 2.75 lengths. Placed to advantage and can feature in the finish. ASTRO NASCENTE (3) was responsible for a better run last start, beaten 3 lengths into fifth over 1m at this track. Should be thereabouts again.
