AU - Caulfield Heath - Race 8

Handy little sprint and the resuming REGENERATION (9) might just be too good for them. He's a progressive 3yo gelding who was last seen running a good race for third in the G3 Blue Sapphire Stakes at Caulfield. He's won a trial leading in and Lane goes aboard. Tipping he measures up. ALONG THE RIVER (3) finally drops back to 5f after four runs at 5 ½f. He's looked the winner in a couple of those and just run out of legs late. Back in trip suits. EXCESS (2) is another not unsuited back to 5f, she'll be up on speed and hard to run down. MARTIAL MUSIC (1) was far too good at Echuca last start. He's proven up to this level in the past and will take beating again.
