WAYNE THE PAIN (4) has flown home his past couple to just miss, ending up 1.1L off the winner last time out. The form out of that race has been solid and the slight drop in trip shouldn't be an issue. Likely to get back in the run but if he can hold his form, he can land the knockout blow. COCOON BAY (6) flew home to just miss at this track and trip last time out when on the 7-day turnaround, beaten in a photo finish. She remains right down in the weights after the claim of Cheung. The form out of her last start has been strong and she creates plenty of interest. MAKIN PROPHETS (2) made it back-to-back wins last time out with an impressive win, beating Wayne The Pain in the process. He's somewhat surprised in those wins, but he can extend his winning run in what looks a favourable set-up. KAMIKAZE FIGHTER (7) is better than he showed last time out and can feature down in the weights. LOOKS (3) can improve on the first-up run and he'll find this easier.
