Verdict

Tough race to line up. The Archibald stable send their two-year-old THYME TO GO (8) out against older horses for her second run back. Led for home first-up over 6f at Randwick against her own age but she didn't quite get the trip. Fitter and better placed back to 5 ½f on a tight track. Will give them something to catch. TSARDEAL (6) resumed over this distance at Goulburn last time out and did a good job to work home for second, beaten just a long neck. Kept fresh since that run a month ago. Nicely drawn and looks sure to be thereabouts again. DECLAN (1) returns after a four-month spell. Placed in both runs to date, most recently over today's journey at Gosford. Trialling as though he is ready to make an immediate impact. RUSSIAN REIGN (17) is a query at the trip but is going too well to rule out.
