KEVIN (4) missed the start then sliced through the field and hit the lead only to be nailed on the line on debut last start over 5f at Dubbo. Nicely placed over an extra ½f. If he gets away with the field he is going to be tough to stop. CHAPPOLICIOUS (11) has raced on the speed and held on well for a couple of minor placings this time in work, both over 5f. Very fit and shouldn't have any trouble with this slightly longer journey. The pacey JUST JOAN (8) was in the firing line all the way and just missed at out her latest appearance over 5f at Muswellbrook. In career-best form this prep and is capable of a breakthrough win at start 13. POLENS (9) has been freshened up since failing on a heavy track at Narromine eight weeks ago. Has raced 35 times so hard to be confident, but her stats here and at the trip are strong. Each-way. APACHE DREAM (6) did a good job off a two-and-a-half-year spell last start and is open to plenty of improvement.
