Verdict

HEAVENLY KISS (7) got too far back when resuming at Wagga but did make some late inroads. Has been freshened with 50 days and steps out in new colours. Watch for sharp improvement with a change of scenery. CHICKEN LEGS (6) didn't do a bad job when third last start over 6f at Mendooran. That followed a win at Cobar the start prior. Meets some better types this time but this looks well within his grasp. MISS CAPRICORN (9) was always well out of her ground at Dubbo last start, a less impressive effort than her first-up fifth at Bathurst the run before. Likely improver who's in the mix. LIGHT INFANTRY (4) opened the prep in encouraging fashion but has been below his best in his last two. Will appreciate the rise in trip and is worth another chance on best form.
