SIMPLY SONNET (11) returned from a spell three-and-a-half weeks ago when she was ridden conservatively near the rear before finishing sixth over the 4 ½f burner at Newcastle. Much better placed here and can improve sharply. AERIALIZE (7) missed the placings first up recently but was not too far from the winner when fourth over 4f at Narromine. Has good early toe so she should be handy in the run. BLIND SQUIRREL (1) hasn't raced for over a year but has trialled sharply leading into this and draws the A1. May need the run but deserves consideration, especially if there's market support. IT'S OUR TURN (6) produced a fair effort on debut last time at Narromine over 4f and should've come on from the experience.
