BARSANDBI (4) ran an excellent race first-up over today's distance at Newcastle then was less effective when stretched out to 5f at Hawkesbury last start. Will find this far easier so it sets up nicely. TORENDOSETTA (6) led only to be swamped near the line over this trip at Muswellbrook two back. Failed at Dubbo subsequently but can improve back to this specialist distance. SNOWBALL (10) transferred to the Brett Robb stable and was coming off a 53-day break when a close third over 5f at Dubbo recently. That was a huge improvement on previous efforts so she may be worth following. BEDDA MIA (8) is back from a three-month spell and having her first run for the Mountney yard. Promising signs when she easily won a recent Kembla trial. Keep an eye on the betting. SWEDISH GLITTER (12) ran a better race last start and is worth throwing in the exotics.
