Verdict

MAMUSHKA (6) bounced back with a much better effort third-up here and should be hitting his straps now. Drawn to advantage and should take some beating. DUSTY BAY (9) has good tactical speed and is sure to take full advantage from his low draw. Wasn't beaten far in sixth when resuming here last month and has since trialled sharply. Will take some catching from the front. DASHING RUPERT (7) was okay fresh at Rosehill but progressed nicely last time in tough going on the Kenso. Is open to further improvement and rates one of the main chances. INTERJECTION (2) lacks early speed and will be hoping Dusty Bay overdoes it in front so he can launch late. Even more so for IT'S A WONDER (10) who has somewhat proved a frustrating mare to date as she's forever running on.
