OPEN SECRET (4) returns after a five-month spell. Tackled three Group 2 fillies' races last prep so the stable holds her in high esteem. Trialled twice of late so she should be forward enough to run a bold race. VANESSI (6) made it a frustrating four minor placings in a row when a game third over 6f at Canterbury recently. Hard to imagine she will get any better at the seventh run of the prep. Each-way claims again. NESRINE (3) last appeared 15 weeks ago when she made it three wins from three for the campaign, all over today's trip at Hawkesbury. Deservedly setting the bar a little higher this prep. DEAR JEWEL (10) caught the eye when resuming at Wyong last start and the extra ½f will assist. ERNAUX (5) is a genuine filly first-up after a three-month spell. Two recent trials should have her right up to the mark.
