Verdict

SUPERFABULISTIC (13) just missed at Hawkesbury and got even closer over 7 ¾f at Canterbury last time. Peaks now and tumbles in weight. That brings her right into it. Has a handy barrier and races forward. SOUTHERN PRINCE (2) resumed over 7 ½f at Newcastle and picked up impressively, beaten just 1L. Had come off a 3.2L defeat over 1 ¼m in the Group 1 Spring Champion Stakes and he's proven second up. Has the blinkers on again and is well placed with Stanley's 7lbs claim. ZOUFIELD (11) ran a good number winning in Canberra first-up but was one-paced over 7f here following and disappointed (vet cleared). Tim Clark stays aboard and the step-up to 1m will suit. Deserves another chance. MOJAVE RIVER (5) switched to Waller from a UK yard and first-up didn't have the best of luck over 7f at Randwick. She'd been racing in Listed grade, and the step-up to the mile is sure to suit. Draws inside and JMac replacing the 7lbs apprentice is a key jockey switch. Keep very safe.
