ZALE (5) is a leader who gave a great sight before finishing 1.2L away in second over 5 ½f at Canterbury. Went close at Gosford prior and will jump and run from the inside barrier. Well placed to go one better. RIMBAUD (1) resumed here over 6f and looked a run short. Has placed 3/4 second-up and on-song this is winnable. He will race forward and Roper's 4lbs claim is handy. AGAINST THE LAW (6) peaks and is knocking on the door. Finished it off well in the Zale race last time and maps better today. Zac Lloyd stays aboard. SUPER BRIGHT (4) resumes and is a capable galloper who went down narrowly at Canterbury when last seen. Has won fresh and has trialled well at Gosford for the return. Winning rider McEvoy is reunited and she's in the mix.
