ELITE POWER (1) is a former Victorian, then a former Queenslander, who has settled into a new yard in NSW. All four career runs have been over further but has the ratings to go close in this company and should sprint well fresh this circuit. Expected to go close if on song. FRUIT OF DE VINE (7) was thereabouts in richer maidens towards the end of the last campaign. Will be hard to hold out fresh. HAPPY GEE GEE (9) is a three-start maiden who strips fitter for one run back over the dash and may well improve getting out in journey now. TIME TO PAUSE (10) is an improver who can also feature over the extra ground.
