JARBARDAR (4) is a well bred two-year-old gelding on debut for the Widdison yard. By Written By from Matryoshka who has produced a winner at stakes level. Has come along well at the trials with two wins and with the aid of a nice alley he can make the perfect start. PRINCELY EDITION (5) only had the one start in his maiden preparation when seventh at Caulfield Heath over 5 ½f back on December 20. Looks to have come back in good order and is worth following up. BORATA'S GIRL (7) was beaten for speed on debut last start then found the line strongly to grab third over this track and trip. Likely improver who is among the better chances. AVIDO (1) has shown positive signs at the trials and can take a strong account without surprising.
