INDEFINITE (10) has the right platform to rebound after finishing fourth in a CL4 over 7 ¼f at Cairns, beaten 1.5L after racing prominently. The return to 6f, 6lbs weight relief strengthens his case, and his earlier Open fifth at Atherton gives the form enough depth for this. CIFONELLI (1) is the obvious danger after winning a BM70 at this track over 5f as favourite, and his two wins from three starts at this track and distance make the extra ground no concern. SINGULAR (3) brings two close seconds, the latest when hampered and beaten half a length at Cairns, so he only has to hold that level to be a major threat. CHARTWELL (4) is not as sharp a winning profile, but his wide run last start can be forgiven and his two wins and four placings from ten starts at this track and distance keep him firmly in calculations. KEEP SAFE (12) was thereabouts when resuming at Ipswich and should improve with that run under his belt. Keeping safe.
