Verdict

The well-related SHE'S A BEAUTY (1) (half to 2xG2 winner and 3xG1 placed Barb Raider) is a former Victorian who wasn't too far off them when having her first run for the new stable here. Will have come on with that outing now in the locker and should find this easier than what she faced down south. Will prove very hard to toss. AMBER AFFAIR (11) has been thereabouts in both runs this preparation and gets in well at the weights with the 3lbs claim. Nicely placed to take this out. SHADYVALE AL (15) has failed to fill a placing at his last few runs, the latest a fourth over 7f at this track. Fitter and worth following up. ROYAL EDITION (6) returns from a break. Fitter for a recent trial at Townsville. Opened last campaign with a sixth at Toowoomba over 6f. Include in wider plays.
