Verdict

PIGGIETALES (11) showed plenty of determination when scoring by a narrow margin at the Gold Coast three starts ago. She has not had all favours in 2 starts since that effort, but she looks well placed in this company, and rates as one of the hardest to beat in this. NAUGHTY NURSE (10) was below her best when finishing eighth over 1m at Newcastle last time, and she will find this an easier assignment, and she can figure in the top 4, especially with Daniel Moor picking up the ride. KAFFIR LILY (4) was not far away when finishing fifth at this track last start and should appreciate another opportunity in this grade. Each way value. BADDA BOOM BABY (6) returned to winning form with an impressive performance here last start, making up for some unlucky runs before that. Stick with him. OUT OF LUCK (1) has improved with each run this prep and comes into this peaking third-up after a close third at the Gold Coast 15 days ago. Include in all combinations.
