CRUSADER VOYAGE (1) was a touch disappoininting last time out but the form prior was full of merit. Gets the services of gun hoop Maloney in the irons and rates a top contender against this line-up. ROSA KISS (5) finished second, beaten 1.75 lengths, when resuming from a spell last start over 6 ¾f at Doomben. Strips fitter second-up and has the class to take care of this field. BASSETT'S CHOICE (9) made considerable ground in the run home to finish second last start over 7f at this track. Gets some weight relief with the claim and looks all set to run well. Former Hong Kong galloper FLYING AKEED (11) has been thereabouts in all three local outings and looks a must for the multiples.
