Tricky race to assess with a few of these facing the starter for the first time. Of the raced brigade TOOBLOOS (12) has hit the placings in both runs this preparation and looks to be on the doorstep of a maiden victory. Ready to peak now third run back and gets the services of Melbourne Cup winning hoop Dolan in the irons. Goes on top. The well-related PRECISE STAR (4) (half to G2 winner Mokulua) is a former NSW galloper having his first run for the new stable but is sure to find this easier than what he faced down south. Gets 4lbs off from the inside marble and should be hitting the line with gusto. SUBPOENA COLADA (11) is facing the starter for the first time but has shown ability at the trials and won't need to be a superstar to be competitive against this lot. Monitor market moves.
