AU - Sunshine Coast - Race 1

WHISPERING ROGUE (1) has led for home at both runs this prep and fought hard but been relegated to minor placings on each occasion. Should spear straight to the lead from the inside alley and coming back to 5f looks the right move. RHETORIC (3) brings the superior form to the race, with placings at his last two starts against Saturday metro opposition. Chimed in late to grab third last weekend over 6f at Doomben. Dropping back to this trip is the query but his class will go a long way. SORT CHA MESS (4) improved nicely last time out when lining up for the second time this prep, just missing over this trip at the Gold Coast after leading close to home. Has plenty of upside and will be hard to hold out. STARLIGHTNING (2) met with good support on debut and got the job done over today's journey at the Gold Coast. Meets some smarter types today but cannot be underestimated. MOROCCAN WIND (6) is a chance dropping back to 5f after some indifferent form over longer trips.
