Verdict

NOVEMBER AIR (6) has been freshened up since suffering from a cardiac arrythmia in her last run just over 7 weeks ago at Ipswich. She had made a bright start to this prep before that, and a recent trial at Doomben showed that she is back to normal. Stick with her. SILVER SMASH (10) produced a sharp closing burst to score by almost a length over 6f here last start, and with half-a-kilo less to carry, she has the scope to repeat the dose. MR BUBBALUSKI (1) has not featured in his past couple of outings, including a midfield effort at Doomben 11 days ago, but they were both in tougher company to what he meets here. Ben Thompson is back in the saddle, and the pair merits healthy respect. Each way value. PORRISTA (7) showed his customary early speed at Toowoomba when leading for most of the race before fading late and finishing fourth. He is peaking now, and he will again prove touch to reel in. SIMPLY FUN (3) is another who is worth including in all top 4 combos.
