Verdict

Former NSW galloper CRUSADER VOYAGE (7) broke the maiden status over this track and trip when having the first run for the new stable and will have taken a bunch of confidence from that breakthrough victory. Winning hoop Maloney stays on top and can go back-to-back without surprising. ITALIAN RIVIERA (1) has a win and a placing from three attempts over this course and distance and gets a stack of weight relief with the 7lbs claim. Worth serious consideration. The well-related WARNA (5) (half to G2 winner Count De Rupee) was a touch disappointing last time out but the form prior was full of merit. Worth another chance. BILLIONAIR BABY (3) is a bit hit or miss but is capable enough on his day. One for the multiples. HOLY FLASH (4) is a two-time winner here who shouldn't be underestimated.
