Verdict

NAILS MURPHY (7) appreciated the drop back to midweek company when a narrow winner here at this distance a month ago. Was beaten a whisker the run before in a comparable race to this. Can go back-to-back now that the winning feel has returned. CUNNAMULLA FELLA (4) has returned a couple of excellent figures against quality opposition at his last two appearances. Very good miler who is a genuine threat coming back to a far more suitable assignment. GALIFIANAKIS (1) has been freshened up since a strong effort in open company five weeks back. In the mix. QUOTHQUAN (6) was a flashing light fresh when flashing home to just miss the frame three weeks ago at Eagle Farm. Fitter now and is right in the mix.
