Verdict

ALL ADORE (4) missed the placings but was only beaten 2.1 lengths after a torrid four-wide run in the Listed Denise's Joy over 5 ½f at Scone last start. Given a seven-week let-up and returns to her pet distance. Tough filly who looks sure to play a key role in the outcome. FOREIGN PRESS (1) did some work from a wide alley but kept finding to hang on for third last time out in a 6f Listed race at Eagle Farm. Draws a little better today in a much easier contest. Expecting her to be peaking at the third run back. POINT VEGA (3) started in the red and was beaten for the first time recently over this course and distance. Gets some weight relief today so he certainly deserves another chance. DRAGONNE ROUGE (5) returns after a 14-week spell. Hasn't quite lived up to early promise but if she gets it right a win is not out of the question. HAND IN HAND (8) last appeared when she bolted in over 5 ½f in France eight months ago. Big market watch on this Gollan-trained import.
