NEAREST (5) is by the all-conquering The Autumn Sun and debuts today for the Messara/Gavranich yard. Won a recent trial here in impressive fashion. Not a huge amount of depth to this race so he gets a great chance to make an immediate impact. NULKABA STAR (2) was run off his legs last time out over 4 ½f at Newcastle. Fitter for two runs back from a spell and although he has had plenty of chances this looks a nice race. HOT CHOCKS (4) has not appeared since making plenty of late ground to grab third on debut over this course and distance in September. Trialling well and from a good gate looks sure to make a positive return. MOKE LAKE (1) rushed home late but just missed the placings over 4 ½f at Muswellbrook last Monday. Keeps performing despite a busy schedule. Each-way hope. Market watch on TWICE AZ COOL (7) for Rodney Northam who hasn't raced since debuting in February 2025.
